Feet - Climbing Shoes

How to choose your climbing shoes?

Slip lasted shoes are very flexible and sensitive. You have to take a model of half to one size smaller than your normal shoes to maximize the precision. These shoes are for those who want a high degree of sensitivity in feeling the holds on which they place their feet.
Board lasted shoes are stiffer and more durable than slip lasted models. The stiff midsoles are especially supportive on long climbs. The studier and more supportive the shoe, the less sensitive it will be to standing on tiny edges or smearing holds.

2 types of shapes: symetric ou asymetric.
symetric or roomier toe box for precision without compromising the comfort..
asymetric or tapered, low profile toe box to maximize the precision. No compromise with the efficiency!

Harness

How to choose your climbing harness?
3 types of harnesses :
Full body harness
for kids until 35kg, fully adjustable shoulder straps and leg loops.
Adjustable harness for multi-purpose all around harness, all seasons with any kind of clothes
Non adjustable harness dedicated to climbing focussing on weight and allowing you to move unrestricted and in comfort

Except for competition, choose confortable hardness with enough features which will make the difference: gear loop numbers, wide leg loops comfortably padded to distribute weight to maintain circulation, vents in waistbelt.
